$5.00 for HSG competitive team gymnasts

*If your child will be participating in any activity at HSG for the first time, please fill out the release form online. Follow the directions on the website to make an account and add your child. Fill out the necessary forms online to save time.
  • **Open Gym (5-14 years old) Rules:

  • No late arrivals after 7:45pm.

  • All participants must be in athletic clothing (gym/exercise clothes). No pajamas, baggy pants, jeans, socks, or button up shirts.
  • Everyone must have a waiver on hand signed by their parent/guardian (legal) only. They will be denied to participate if they do not have a waiver.
  • There is no food, gum, or beverage of any kind allowed in gym area.
  • It is expected that participants will respect gym staff, gym equipment, and any other participants. No bullying allowed, no exceptions.
  • Only one person at a time is allowed on trampolines and tumble track. Walk on and off the trampolines. No jumping to the floor.
  • Jewelry is not allowed. Jewelry of any kind including but no limited to ear, nose, tongue, belly button, and facial rings, clear plastic jewelry, bracelets, and necklaces are prohibited.
  • Participants should have their hair tied back away from their face. Nails should be trimmed to prevent the possibility of injury.
  • No flipping, twisting, or any skill that may result in serious injury unless it is approved by the coach in charge on that day.
  • Coaches have the right to change rules when necessary.
  • If we must remove a child from open gym due to rule breaking, no refunds allowed.
